About the interviewee
Kuehn Malvezzi Architects is a German practice founded by Simona Malvezzi, Wilfried and Johannes Kuehn in Berlin in 2001. They were first recognized for their work for art exhibitions –among them is Documenta 11 in Kassel and the Hamburger Bahnhof extension for the Christian Flick’s Collection-. The curatorial design –an expression coined by Wilfried Kuehn to define the discipline- has allowed them to deal with assignments of diverse complexity and scale with the same conceptual logic –from museums to hotels-. Kuehn Malvezzi is currently one of the most relevant young offices in the discipline.
